His Place Book Club presents “Screwtape Letters” by C.S. Lewis. Join us on an 8-week journey where we meet Head Demon Screwtape as he trains his nephew Wormwood (a lesser demon) on the ways of deceiving and side-tracking Christians to fall from their faith. It’s an excellent telling of the ways Christians can allow themselves to be tricked into complacency, sidetracked by the world around them, deceived by the very things they believe to be right and good.
We will meet every Sunday at 1:00 pm to discuss and digest together the letters from Screwtape to Wormwood and how it all applies to our lives today. Noah will be following this up with a sermon series based on this highly-acclaimed novel by CS Lewis.
